T.A. Firth & Son Ltd. is looking for an Administrative Assistant to join our Whitehorse team. In this position, you will work with another team member and alternate reception duties with various administrative and clerical tasks that support the operation of our very busy insurance office. Duties will include efficiently & professionally managing visitors & phone calls, processing payments, ordering supplies, mailing, filing, data entry, etc.


The ideal candidate will have a background in customer service and the ability to work independently in a team environment. You must have a minimum of one year’s experience in a busy office setting. Strong computer skills, communication skills, organization, and the ability to multi-task are essential qualifications for this position.
